Ripley, MS -- Jeremy “Hawk” Johnson today announced the establishment of the Ripley based The H.A.W.K. Foundation. The H.A.W.K.(an acronym for Higher Achievement With Knowledge) Foundation seeks to foster lasting improvements in society, through our communities with an emphasis on supporting and empowering youth. Through special events, grants, and educational assistance, The H.A.W.K. Foundation will support recreational programs with a focus on unifying communities. The H.A.W.K. Foundation favors programs that clearly demonstrate that funds received will produce scalable, tangible, ongoing, positive results with youth and within our communities.
“We will be assisting churches, schools and other organizations with collaborating and their fund raising efforts. The H.A.W.K. Foundation advocates for our communities, churches, schools, businesses and organizations to pool together our resources and inter-operate in conjunction for the good of all,” Johnson said.“ The establishment of The H.A.W.K. Foundation is just one step in our vision to improve our communities, cities and the overall economic condition of the state of Mississippi.” Founded in 2008, The H.A.W.K. Foundation is a national non-profit organization that assists children develop positive self-esteem and clarify their values on which to build a successful life.
