It's the 21st century and libraries are a dated concept. Using public money to fund one is the ultimate waste of taxpayer resources. Even with all these wonderful "volunteer" programs libraries drain public resources more than they contribute. If libraries were so valuable, we'd have private, pay-as-you-go libraries.
