Oh, yeah, right. And now it starts.

Guess he won't have any problem trying to determine if it's right or wrong when then stick a needle in his arm, then.

Actually, I do not care if he can tell right from wrong, he is a danger to society and killed a young lady who had a great future in front of her.

The death penalty is too good for him.

yeah, i agree. this fool should be rewarded with the death penalty. we need to do something about our courts. if there's clear proof the person did the crime, punishment should be given ASAP.

If it had enough understanding to use a handgun and burn a car, it isn't mentally insane. It's a P_O_S that needs to be put on the fast track to a nice, quiet (for everyone else) dirt nap. AND, the attorney ought to be ashamed of itself.

"lacks the ability to understand the difference between right and wrong."

I thought that applied to all blacks, not just him.

Of course he's insane. He killed an innocent person! That qualifies as insane to me. I really don't care if he's insane or not though, he doesn't deserve to see daylight anymore. I'm tried of crazy people being allowed to walk the streets and hurt more people simply because they are crazy.
Al B- you don't really believe that....stop trying to start suff.
