A prisoner at SCI Forest stabbed another prisoner at the corrections facility. Bobby McColley, 30, was stabbed three times in the back, state police at Tionesta said.

It is a prison they are f'n criminals. they will stab you four times right in front of guards quick enough that a guard wouldn't have time to do anything until after hes stabbed four times. Since they are criminals dont you think they try to do it when and where they wont likely get caught or even if a guard turns his head for a second or two.
