Appeals court ruling could close doors to government

Good morning Marine. This seems like such a no-brainer. Why no elected official didn't challenge the Open Meetings Act based on the First Amendment is mid boggling.

This will have WIDESPREAD consequences for all levels of government.

Time to buy more ammo and MREs.

Maybe because they knew they had a duty to disclose all of that information to the public...
