I recently looked at a house that is for sale in Marathon that needs a lot of TLC or needs to be totally rebuilt. The concrete floor of the garage is split, and there is a U shaped depression causing a 4" or 5" gap under the garage door. The house is full of smelly wall paneling, and has been lived in for a long time by an elderly couple who did not take care of the place. In order for them to make the house look more attractive, they installed new (Home Depot sale) appliances in the kitchen and put a coat of paint on the deteriorating white stucco exterior. I do not think the realtor mentioned any spawling.

I like the house because it has 110' concrete frontage on the water and I think I can get a deal on it. I am looking for a non-D'Asign source estimate for a moderate (non-fancy) house.(per square foot building cost) Also, The house is 2,500 square feet, how much would it cost to raze the house and haul it away?
(per square foot if possible)
