Why can't they have a copy of the records? They are the parents.

His death was ruled accidental ? Yea, I see how people accidentally end up in a dumpster then in a landfill.

Voice if there is an ongoing criminal investigation as there should be, nobody but the proper authorities sees the paperwork. Very common in every state in the union in every ongoing criminal investigation.

I think the question was answered in the article--they suspect it may not have been an accident. If it were my child and that was a possibility, patience for the truth would have to prevail. Whether they see it today or six months from now will not change anything in their day to day life. However, if it allows the police to uncover any wrongdoing, the police made the right decision.

lol that i understand, i don't think he just mysteriously ended up out there, thats why the word accident is seeming like they are totally wrong.

When are the parents going to accept the fact that thier son's deatth was a accident due to drinking. No one can be falted, not even the victim. He needed to puke, used the trash chute and fell. Sad tale, but end of story.

I'm sorry but I didn't see anything in the story about the people being black. So if you don't mind me asking, where did you get that from?

If you read the rest of the comments by the user FIRESTAR, they're all inappropriate & racially motivated. The Fiocco family is not African-American. FIRESTAR is just trying, unintelligently, to get attention.

I find it sad that you have no useful commentary to offer on a story that is so tragic, CUPCAKE! I can read very well, thank you...it's all part of being intelligent & sharing my opinion like an adult. Something my parents taught me at a young age; that & knowing how to express myself without degrading others- or calling names & of course, excellent spelling & grammar skills. All people are equal, no matter what their race. You're clearly a brilliant mind Firestar...putting it all to waste on stupidity.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Sagittarius

It's important to be discriminating about what you say and believe today. That's because communications are rather strange, with people saying or doing odd things and plenty of scope for crossed wires. Be very careful if you're attending to important details because for some reason your brain may switch off at the vital moment, leaving you prone to making mistakes or losing track of what you're doing. Try to double-check anything important tomorrow when your brain is back in gear.
