Former Day Care Owner Admits Altering Lead Tests
The former owner of a Gloucester County day care center admitted to giving the state false reports indicating that her center was free of lead dust.

$5000 and a slap on the wrist is not punishment enough for this woman. She should serve jail time and NEVER EVER be able to work with children again. While they are at it, they should make sure she experiences lead poisoning - which I understand is a horrible illness to endure. Unthinkable thing to do.

What an a-hole. It's one thing to do harm to other adults, it's a completely different matter when you knowingly expose children to toxic ANYTHING. He deserves a nice stay in the pen, I'm thinking 5-10 years to ponder the error of his ways.
