WHY does this place have to play music so loud???
We have been there on weekends, mid-afternoon, strictly to try and avoid the crowds. The music is just too much - you cannot carry on a reasonable conversation with anyone at your table, it is difficult to communicate with the server, and it's just plain annoying! Management: TONE IT DOWN! There's no reason to blast it so loud. If anything, you'll lose the patronage of those who just don't want to come back and have to fight the decibel overload. |

This may be the worst run sucessful restaurant in history. The service is abyssmal, in particular at the front of the house. If there were some other choices to pick up similar food in town as close to my house I wouldnt go there for take out. We wont eat there because of the irritating atmosphere.
They have this army of high school girls at the front who basically open the door, then spend the rest of their time ignoring the customers around them and complaining about their parents, their job, and flirting with servers. The floor managers are the worst, ignoring the customers and having personal conversations instead of working. I can't believe how much they spend on useless labor that has no clue about customer service. |

I agree - this restaurant has MORE employees than any place we've ever seen. HOW MANY high school girls does one restaurant need to employ - and for WHAT?
You have to navigate around all the servers and "hostesses" or whatever they are. Large groups of these girls hang out at the hostess stand or around the door, and they're generally just talking to each other. They might stop long enough to yell bye at a customer, so you've got a dozen girls all telling you goodby, come back to see us - and they really couldn't care less if you're there or if you'll return. The servers may or may not be adequate, and we have seen bussers violate hygiene codes. But still I say, THE MOST annoying thing is the LOUD LOUD LOUD music. I love music, but this is too much. I do not want to have to feel like I need to yell at the server to place my order, and patrons have the right to engage in good conversation with people at their table, without having to compete with the volume of the music. TURN IT DOWN ROADHOUSE! AND DITCH THE SMOKING!!!! |
