local phone calls

I am trying to help someone set up a magicjack and get them a phone number which will be a local number for the mansfield area. What all towns or numbers can mansfield call which is not long distance?
Magic Jack only has these numbers in the 817 area code 817-400-xxxx, 817-494-xxxx, 817-510-xxxx, 817-554-xxxx, and 817-932-xxxx.
Will any of those numbers be a local call from someone calling from mansfield with the number of 817-561-xxxx?
My uncle told me that any number in the 817 area code would be a local call from mansfield but I wanted to make sure before we chose a number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please, can't someone just tell me if calls made from Mansfield, Tx would be a local call to any of these numbers: in the 817 area code 817-400-xxxx, 817-494-xxxx, 817-510-xxxx, 817-554-xxxx, and 817-932-xxxx.
