troy is a joke

as far as im concerned this town has really gone to hell. its pretty bad when the troy borough manager is more crooked than the troy police dept....but then again they are both housed in the same building. didnt know the borough manager could go to his sons bar and gossip about all the police activity. the police dont go after all the rich alcohalics in town they go after all the broke people. but thats also how they keep everyone from moving out of town which also in turn makes sure there are a shit load of ppl paying high priced water bills. what a brilliant twisted plan. this circle keeps the borough manager employed and the police department helps maintain the population of poor people living in run down apartments in troy because there is nothing more anyone can do.....THIS TOWN IS A JOKE!

yep, this town and county and as far as im concerned state police are all a joke, they get embarassed because they can't find any evidence so they come up with some bullshit story.

If you don't like it, stay away from the town.
