4 citations in recent months, i'd say the odds are he does plenty of comparision shopping. On a serious note, hope the kid gets the help he needs. Where are the parents, I know the guy is 19 but a parent never stops looking out for their kid.

UNDERAGE DRINKING: Kivynn Pabst, 19, of East Berlin, was charged with underage drinking after police stopped a vehicle towing a trailer on Fort Street at 11:50 p.m. Friday.

Police said Pabst was one of several people riding in the trailer at the time the vehicle was stopped.

According to police, his blood alcohol level was at 0.144 percent at the time. It was his fourth arrest for underage drinking in four months, according to police.

Send him to jailand he might see why underage drinking isn't worth it and maybe it will prevent the future DUI that I can almost predict with his behavior NOW!!!

I think SU should expell Mr. Pabst, likely in town for his ah, college studies (yeah right!).

Unbelieveable how Shippensburg University continues with its problem drunks causing issues in our community - and does nothing to stop it.

Shame on you Kivynn. Did you not take the first citation serious? Now you're in big trouble.
Can't you guys wait until you're 21?

It was his fourth arrest for underage drinking in four months, ACCORDING TO POLICE.

Why don't you go down to the station and file a complaint with them?

Daily Horoscope for December 17

Pisces

If you want to make the best of the day you should lock yourself away and work on your own. This will make it easier to concentrate, especially if you're trying to focus on something that's fiddly or difficult. If you've got something on your mind at the moment it will be worth having a quiet word in someone's ear because they'll help you to get things into their proper perspective.
