Junction City woman fights parking ticket all the way to state Court of Appeals

It`s sad to think that this woman could have been one of our city commissioners , but the voters failed to elect her. She would be an upgrade from most of the sitting commissioners. Her bold fight against injustice is a great way to celebrate Black History Month.

Anybody who`s been wrongly ticketed owes this woman a debt of gratitude for having the courage and conviction to fight City Hall. Sometimes, you CAN beat them at their own game.

Yes you can... as long as you have a ton of money, an attorney who'll donate all his services, and no real job so you can spend a butload of time on the case. Probably could have avoided this monstrous waste of time if you had just learned to park between the lines instead of like an arrogent asshole.

so does this mean we can now speed through wal-mart parking lot without fear of a ticket, because it's on private property, makes you wonder what this JC psycho woman has started

She plays the innocent victim role well...but she is known to start a lot of trouble. I am hesitant to donate money to the Salvation Army bell ringers because of her dishonesty.

REALLY! JCPD Bullying People? I see know if you go through a yellow light you will be ticketed watch out for them they are goin to getcha. Junction City official you are a total embarassment to the citizens of the town and act like a bunch of clowns.Congradulations Kansas is laughing at you.

Now it is clear why the city commission has Katie Logan for their lawyer. (Not the city at large lawyer but their own private attorney, paid with tax money)

Katie Logan is good for the City she is only charging $500.00 an hour. Just ask the City its an open records act we the taxpayers pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to her firm. Could have 4 or 5 full time City attorneys. Just think about that and how much she makes just for travel from KC.

We are laughing at you and you should be embarrassed. "CONGRADULATIONS" must be the Junction City High School education. The word is spelled Congratulations! Also embarassment is really spelled embarrassment.

Yes, both are owned by the city. You can get a ticket on them.

Yes, they may be owned by the city. But get into an accident on one of them and they'll tell you its private property.

I know. This is just one of many traps and scams they have in this city.
