Men arrested in connection to LI car burglaries

Nassau County police have arrested five men on more than 175 charges including grand larceny and criminal mischief in connection to car burglaries in five Long Island towns. Authorities said cars were broken into on Saturday in Roslyn, Flower Hill, Manhasset, Port Washington and Sands Point. An officer saw the men in a car on the Long Island Expressway and stopped them. Police said a number of items were recovered, including cell phones, iPods, and navigation devices.

the gold coast inn is sheltering 2 level 3 sex affenders our tiny long island village of flower hill and our mayor says he will not do anthing about it . where is our protection?????

Hats off to the police for catching these thieves. The police need to be praised for a very important arrest before other people became victims. Shame on them, go get a job or jobs and buy all the items that you stole from others.
