William Jefferson is facing a lengthy prison sentence from U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III on Friday, legal experts say, but probably not the 27 to 33 years recommended by prosecutors.

.....so then how come all black people arent convicted of being black? 90k$ didnt have anything to do with it?...ps, is that how black people type now?....tough to read, it isnt a crime to be black, there are many blk people who would think your post is crazy....as a decendnt of slavery myself, i think you need to get with it, time to move on isnt it?
