Off limits till full?! They should make it available now when it's not to deep and all the dumb people who tend to drown won't be hard to look for! I guarantee this will be the next Farmington lake on drownings.

Great, another lake with Jet Skis and bighog Reinells to run over man-powered water sport users by Texans and spoiled-brat children of Durango residents. Durango has become another motorhead-redneck town like Farmington in the Four Corners. I thought Durango was much better than that.
