First off, Smart Meters do not "leech" radiation into the atmosphere. They emit very low power very high frequency radio (micro) waves into the wired grid infrastructure or the ether. I suggest that people concerned about their exposure should dress up in a tin foil hat, face mask, and clothing, as hundreds of communications (and other) satellites overhead are beaming similar high power microwave signals downward. Then there is the sun, which though we are protected by an atmosphere, also "leeches" radiation through to the surface.

If the concern is living in the proximity of electromagnetic fields then those who have these concerns should immediately give up commercial electricity and unplug from the 60 cycle A.C. electric grid as they are living in homes where every wire in every wall, ceiling and floor, is feeding every socket and appliance, "leeching" high power low frequency "radiation" continuously surrounding the occupants. They should then stop driving and walking next to power lines, or driving in their cars as the wiring from the alternator also "leeches" radiation. As for me, I'll take my smart meter, thank you.

The meters are no problem, there's no radiation. Don't believe the garbage people post.
