This system doesn't work... When we first recieved these new products we were very excided. Once we went to use the products the dispenser would not work. I called the number on the product to try to find out how to fix it. They had no idea. We finally got it to start mixing product after my chef beat the dispenser against the wall. The product did not work that well and it had a bad odor. Do not use this product line it is a waste of money. The best system I have found is from Ecolab. I think it is called the oasis pro system. Try the orange force all purpose cleaner it is the best.
