DTRT,
Of course I guess you've missed the news about the other "good" marine like you claim Floyd is .

You know the one that murdered a fellow marine (a woman who accused him of rape and was carrying the baby from that rape inside her.)

The only person who heard Gregory W. Floyd say "drop the gun, you don't want to die" and all the other verbage was Gregory W. Floyd.
Of course we all know that Gregory W. Floyd had/has no motive and absolutely no reason to lie.
Actually, if you read the AG's official report you will see that witnesses heard the gunshots, saw Bruce McKay run for his life before he was chased down by Liko and Caleb who ran him over TWICE... but... witnesses say they heard Yelling AFTER Mr. Floyd exited the vehicle to help Bruce (before Liko and Caleb tried to run down the witnesses THEY asked to stay) and ran to Liko's car... gee... seems like Floyds did say something, more than once.

Part of the reason I don't believe you ever served in the service is your disdain for the military and your belief that one bad makes all bad... if you are going to think that way, what of the USAF sexual harassment scandals... are all USAF personnel perverted assaulters. No, they are not.

Mr. Floyd never was found to have gone AWOL (more libel by King and Lower Slower Delaware) and false allegations by the police to substantiate a search warrant that was based on false charges. Mr. Floyd (as noted in the AG's report) was honorably discharged from the Marine Corp after serving his 4 years.

Question for any Marines out there... ever know any other Marines who never left Camp LaJune after Boot Camp? Think Mr. King or police in 1997 told the truth? I didn't think so.

Golly, DTRT, as a matter of fact I do know of another Marine who never left Camp Lejeune.

The book "Bad Men Do What Good Men Dream" has the story of Patrick Henry Sherrill, a postal worker. His nickname was "Crazy Pat" because of his strange behavior.

He served in the Marines, and according to the book referenced above and linked below (see p. 266), "He boasted of having been in Vietnam, though in actuality he had never left Camp Lejeune, North Carolina during his tour of duty. He had received an honorable discharge from the Marines in June, 1966..."

http://books.google.com/books...

So what did Mr. Sherrill do to merit mention in this book?

On August 20, 1986, he clocked into his job at the post office, removed the two .45 automatic pistols and ammunition, and within 15 minutes shot 20 people, 14 of them fatally, before killing himself.

So yes, I do know of another Marine who never left Camp Lejeune.

Any other questions?

For What It's Worth

There's something happening here
What it is ain't exactly clear
There's a man with a gun over there
Telling me I got to beware
I think it's time we stop, children, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

There's battle lines being drawn
Nobody's right if everybody's wrong
Young people speaking their minds
Getting so much resistance from behind
I think it's time we stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

What a field-day for the heat
A thousand people in the street
Singing songs and carrying signs
Mostly say, hooray for our side
It's time we stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

Paranoia strikes deep
Into your life it will creep
It starts when you're always afraid
You step out of line, the man come and take you away

We better stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
Stop, hey, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
Stop, now, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down
Stop, children, what's that sound
Everybody look what's going down

Nope, I'm all clear. Great work. That's why Kelly is running from the fingerprint information:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/02/...

Now let's go right here to the Trooper Cooper interview of 3-time felon Gregory W. Floyd in which he says:

C: OK and i, and I guess the reason I ask that is um, later our crime scene people are going to be taking those weapons
F: Yah

C: And I guess what, my question is, is what state is it gonna be in now and how did it get in that state?

But now the State wants to avoid these very issues as countenanced in this Discovery Request and in RSA 91-A requests. Read the email exchange with Deer-in-the-headlights opposing counsel Kennedy in the comments section. What's up with THAT? What's the natural inference? Something to hide. That is clearly public information. Here's what LEOs said, and here's Bruce McKay OC Spraying Sarah, replete with sexual overtones like the knife-near-labia episode.

I'll file for Sanctions against the AG based on Washington v. Police Dep't, 1994 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 11717 (Stateside claim for fingerprint analysis is lawful), Foster v. Exec. Office for United States Attys., 2006 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 30889 (got her fingerprint analysis as sought) and more, after I ease into work and check my Lexis.

And as if on cue: Milford NH District Judge Martha Crocker just slammed Milford police for trying to hide public documents:
"Criminal matters are open to the public," Crocker wrote, "and the state bears the very high burden of convincing the court that the state's interest in sealing this file far out weighs the public's right to know. The state has failed to meet that burden."

I'm going to NOW with this. There's no love lost between them and Kelly you bet. See Ayotte v. Planned Parenthood.

Saying the Mr. Floyd never left Camp LeJeune is a lie. The fact that a police officer made a telephonic request of an office that doesn't cover live Marines is important. So just whose military records were referenced in the request for a search warrant that was requested by the Boisverts (the complaintants) friend Every?

While I believe that answers would help with the reconciliation of the town, I also believe that far more people believe Cpl. McKay was a good man than those that think otherwise.

In light of the pending action by a certain "citizen advocate" who seems to only advocate for himself, I feel it important to note that emails are mail. It is my belief that any letter that you send to your local government should be open to the scrutiny of anyone... just because they can. I feel this more since that can lead to targetting by/against those that have opposing views on a topic. Letters to the government and other bodies should be confidential unless it is stated that public release of such mail is allowed within the correspondence. Favor learning the opinions and thoughts and facts of people, not against contacting agencies.

Andrew Meyer,
You want to help Franconia heal get KingCast out of the equation.

Instead of researching all possible reasons KingCast likes to jump to conclusions based on nothing.

Perfect example the timeframe McKay wasn't in communication with dispatch. King claims (and I quote) it was another policy violation.

"B. Pursuit Officer Responsibilities.

3. Radio contact shall be maintained with the communications center and the officer shall coherently and concisely continue to broadcast the location and direction of travel of the vehicle pursued. ALL other radio communications will cease unless it is of an emergency nature."

Look at the dash cam video from 5/11/07 you will see "NO GPS COMM" displayed on the heads up display. Here is what that message means:

NO GPS COMMS happens when there is no data received from the GPS reciever in the lightbar. If the satellites drop below 5 it will stop giving you positions. In the configuration you can set up the level of precision, below 5 satellites the accuracy is poor, police departments do not like to set them up this way due to problems.

Something that was OBVIOUSLY well beyond Cpl N.Bruce McKay's control.

Good point! The area is notorious for bad satellite reception, also radio and cell telephone reception.
