Judge it!what happened has nothing to do the above; sean's deciet to: the local business community; ex telegrapgh-member's-landlord-f alsely using powerhouse name- is the real issue. if he was correct in is business practices then the law would not be taking sean to court. the truth is that sean's actions brought this upon himself and family - no one else is the cause of his actions.Why do so many people give a crap about what is going on with all of this. I accidentally hit history and came back to this site. I am overwhelmed at the fact that there are so many people that have no life that they feed off what has happened to them. Who cares, seriously!! Get a hobby..get a clue and get a freaking life! My gosh... None of this would have happened if that Sharon lady, who mind you deserted her own children...forfeiting her rights to watch them grow so she could suck the life out of anyone who could pay her debt. And she got this ball rolling...she is the devil in the wings...

I was also conned by Sean. He stole thousands from me. I know I will never get my money back, but I would love to see him spend a number of years in jail. I think is clear he is a leach on society. I think we should compile info among all of the people he has hurt and bring the info to the police/DA. Thoughts?

Was this with the gym or one of his many landscape companies. Its a good thought, but the only draw back is, none of this compiled info will matter in the three cases he has pending, unless someone wants to take him to court on another charge. I say show up in court, EVERYONE, on the 27th, if you can, and let the judge see for him/her self what a loser this idiot is. I want to see him sent up too, wife included.

July 7th is jury selection, from there the trial dates will be announced. |

I joined that gym and paid the $50 introductory fee as well as monthly payments. I don't think its fair that I paid this and didn't even get what I was told I would recieve. There was never any introductory meeting with a trainer. I never got to attend a class. I wasn't notified that they were going to close. They never got tanning equipment. I feel that I should be reinbursed. Why should I pay $50 to people who obviously had no idea what they were doing?

The problem is, Powerhouse Gym or Elite Fitness, never had a surety bond to cover this type of thing. That is one of the reasons the attorney generals office was going after them. The surety bond is a type of insurance policy if a gym goes under. It is there to protect the members. Sorry!!! |

Exeter Health and Fitness did not post a bond as required prior to opening, but they have been forced to do it after the fact by the Attorney General.
