This scum bag ripped my brother off. He charged him almost twice what other"better" lawers charge, and then when he showed up for court he acted like he was lost, and he smelled like booze. He acted like he didn't even know us, when he came to our house and took our money a week before.

i happen to know him very well. he does not have hepatitis or anything like that. secondly, if you think he "ripped you off", maybe you just had a case you couldnt win. if he drinks a little on his own time, thats his business, not yours. he is a good attorney and does his best for his clients. he is also a dedicated and loving father. you morons need to find something better to do than get on here and talk bad about people. get a lfe.

I beg to differ with you.. We all have our own opinions and Mark has helped me and my family out several times with legal matters. I just recently paid him $1000 to help my sister on a case that was screwed up from the start, a felony charge at that and her already with 5 years over her head.. He was always at court and handled it quite well and got it taken care of with proper documentation..If I or anyone in my family get into trouble Mark is the one we call..I have nothing negitive to say about him..I think he is a great lawyer..

I know all this to be true as well. Mark is a great guy and has helped so many ppl with legal matters. Just because he drinks and has fun doesnt make hm a bad person. Heck mkajority of the court and legal system participates in partying as well, but I dont see you all on here putting them down. I strongly agree with the man on this one..
