i am a father of 2 and nojob no car and the mothers of mine ask 4 more than just the suport. when i was working i paid every dime to them. except they only used it 4 their own use to bye drugs and got my kids takin now they have them back and still do drugs. ido not even have visits with my kids and the courts told me if i wanted to see them to get a lawyer. so in most cases i see no point in paying for drugs instead of buying what the kids need. although i still have to pay for the mothers drugs and still do not see my kids. so b*tch about something else instead of non suporting fathers.

I dont know what you people want, you have kids with some guy and most of the time you know they dont work, and after you get yourself pregnant, then you expect the guy to go to jail or pay you to keep sitting on your ass. The women need to be made to pay half also in child support. Why the sorry women get to sit on welfare is beyond me. I am a woman and had 2 kids and worked to raise my kids, I did not expect the state and federal government to keep me and my kids up. Why should the guy go to jail for not paying when you sorry women also do not keep up your kids? Its a bullshit system if you ask me. You put the men in jail with a felony and then how can they get a job? This is to Robin, you just showed your intelligence by saying when we get ourself pregnant, haha it takes two to get pregnant. My son is almost 17 and I have worked everyday since the child was born, the courts ordered him to pay for insurance on the child...guess who has worked everyday and held the insurance on the child...yup thats right me.....this man has been in and out of court for 17 years and bringing in false documents as to his emloyment...I drive 4 hours to Clay County for court to watch him walk out with a smile on his face. Making empty promises to MY son that i have to fill....wow i guess i'm a sorry woman huh? I want this bastard to go to jail...I already told them i dont want his money even though the pos owned a funeral home....we dont need it. Its the principle of the thing, wheres the responsibility? I guess we should let these men off free....in my opinion i think there should be a law about the dead beat charged with theft...cause they are stealing from the children, but maybe your absent mind cant help you see these things.

Only thing you are right about is it's a bullshit system with the sorriest County Attorney ever. I agree if a man has custody the woman should pay child support and the same with a woman, It takes two to make a baby so why should men/women get away with not supporting their children. It's obvious if they go to jail they're not working or want to. If they owe child support they don't want a job anyway, so climb down off that pedestal you're on and face the real world.

What gets me is the officials know about children beeing abused and want do nothing about it. There is two parents on Flat Creek that wont even take care of there kids but there oldest (witch is like 10 maybe) takes care of the two babys ( 2 year 13 months). Just the other day the man was passed out on his couch with the 2 year old walking in the road the police were called and nothing happened. Ive seen sevral things that they have done but nothing ever gets done bless those poor kids.

What about when the father have the children and the mother does'nt pay? Should they get off scot free because they are a woman? My babys mother has'nt paid a dime in well over three years. She is nothing but a drug addict. She's got money to get high every day but not a dime to help raise her own child in over three years. Does C. M. Bishop think she should'nt help with the raising of her child at least financialy because she's a woman?

the child support office is a effin joke, i do not think that the father should have to pay when the mother is too effin sorry to get the f up and get a job herself and the father gets the child the same amount of time that the mother does its a ridiculous system and all the damn woman has to do is run her butt down to the office and cry saying she dont get no child support and have some man who loves and takes care of his child put in jail what women dont realize is what the f*ck is the man supposed to pay his rent and electric with if he has to give his money to some woman who sits her ass at home and gets hud foodstamps and a medical card and child support from her other babies daddy not to mention parties every single weekend then has to pay a lawyer just to see his child maybe they should think about giving a man a break.. and the man takes 12 times better car of the child then the mother does its just beyond me i could go on for days..and by the way i am a woman

The courts and the child support office are a big joke. I have 2 children and neither one of their dads pay child support. When their dads had custody the judge told me that if I didn't pay that he was gonna put me in jail but I have had my kids home for 2 year now and haven't received a dime of support from their dads and the courts ain't doing nothing about it. I have kind of gotten used to taking care of them on my own but the judge drags me in court every 3 months over their child support and they never show so the judge just puts it off. I just wish they would either do something about it or quit dragging me back to court.

I've seen fathers and mothers that owe 10,000 and up that never even gets took to Court or made pay theirs. I just don't understand the system at all. My kids have been back gone for a year now and I go to school and work full time and so does my husband. We don't get any assistance for them at all. Kudos to all the single mothers and fathers raising their kids alone...
