Manchester Ky Child Support Office

I'm am extremely disappointed in the child support services that I have received from the child support office in Manchester. It is a shame how the system works there. I was told yesterday that as long as my ex pays "something" nothing can be done to him, even though he's almost 9000.00 behind in support. Thank God, I work and can support my child without his deadbeat dad. I just wonder how a judge would explain it to a child that had to depend on child support to eat. Well, he paid half, so you get to eat half the month you should be greatful. And what would a employer that owns the gravel company there would say to a child about paying their dad cash so he don't have to pay as much support. Sorry kid, your dad shouldn't have to help feed you, so I'm paying him cash so it can't be reported. I grew up in Clay County, and thank God I'm don't live there anymore. I hope the gravel place owner or someone who knows him reads this because next stop calling the IRS. I'm not a woman just after child support, however I work and do what I'm supposed to do, the least the deadbeat can do is help feed our child. Funny how when 2 people divorce the man forgets he still has a kid.

uh huh.im done that once meself.but the judge says to me pay up,or i'll knock the back of the jail out with you.and yeah all the gravel companys check topix everyday looking fer stuff like this.i know,im done it before

I was told that the judge wouldn't do anything by the child support office as long as he was paying "something". I honestly don't think the gravel place owner will be on here checking to see if anything is posted about him. I was just saying that just in case someone might see it and tell him.

to mother of one. my sons father is behind also. they helped me once, he got caught up. now deadbeat is behind again. so i call and just b cause i stood up 4 what i believed in they told me they COULD NOT help me anymore. thank goodness i work too.

Don't expect too much from any child support office. Mine went through Marion county here in Indy and my sons are now 23 and 21 and their deadbeat owes $28,000.00. When they turned of age they stopped all court proceedings and said they will intercept tax checks but when he doesn't file taxes is doesn't help. His drivers license is suspended until he gets the amount paid down to $5000.00, but he still drives to the job that pays under the table. The courts don't care about the kids only getting their paycheck every week.

Clay Co court system allowed my ex to pay me $30.00 a month child support, what a joke for our 2 daughters... i was also told by the great judge in Clay Co. that I had a good paying job and could take care of the girls, that their dad had no job..all in who you are in that county parents well know......This was granted in 1994 and I have even called Frankfort and cant get any help.....But it amazes me how he can afford the Methadone Clinic and has for many years....But the court won't help me get a raise in support...He wont work a legal job,because he knows i will come after him......He also works under the table.....It is a shame Clay Co is this way......But what comes around,goes around...

well i know how u feel i am man raising all 3 of mine and my mom watches them while i am working but there deadbeat mom owes me 5000 dollars adn failed to go to court now is wanted

my cousin has all his boys ,and he can`t get a dine paid on his support,both women [2 wifes]was ordered to pay but they want enforce it on these deadbeat moms,he works 2 jobs

my sons father owns a funeral home. they ordered him to pay 128 dollars. he doesnt pay that and he gets food stamps. but i make too much. funny huh? child support in cc said they cant help me. deal with it cause hes to hard to find. they put forth no effort, sittin behind the desk worrying more bout there hair and nails than our children.t

if enough of you write to franfort i would think child support woker and clay m biship would get off there ass and do there job. why do the childern have to suffer, when they no were the dads are working, they still will not go after them. and then go to churh every sunday, trying to look good. god don't like ugly, and he knows what kind on job your doing to help these small kids that can't help there selfs

My X owes 18,000 and growing in back Child support and because my child has a Med. card and I draw his SS they say that is sufficant and they don't need to Prosicute. WTF? Dead beat Parent.....what about Dead Beat Child Support Office!

Well let me start off by saying the FATHER OF THE CHILD was YOUR choice YOU chose that man to father YOUR CHILD if you should come back with it was an accident or any other reason well you knew there was a chance before you gave it up or married him it takes two too make or break a marriage. As for the Child Support Offices they're all the same they're only doing their job as it's handed to them from THE COURTS and going by the STATE LAWS. One of my best friends is a case worker for Child Support in another County she cant get anymore done with her EX than the next person.

What a dumbass you are in my opinion!! You wanna see UGLY why dont you take a good look in the mirror. Some of you really need to know the law but how is that suppose to happen when you cant even spell "WORKER" or "CHURCH" not to mention spell God in lower case then you come with there when it's "THEIR" when it should have been themselves... SHEESH when you become whiter than snow with salvation then YOU can throw stones at someone else

As I said before YOU chose YOUR CHILDS FATHER if the JUDGE ordered him to pay and he chose NOT to then hes the one in the WRONG so BLAME the ONE YOU YOURSELF CHOSE and NO ONE ELSE!!

BTW you should have learned how to spell Frankfort in the 3rd grade..ROTFLMAO.. The funniest thing out of most of these cases are EVERYONES freeloading off the Government and getting caught up in it meaning they draw all they can draw with foodstamps,hud,medical cards and anything else they can get not knowing the so called ABSENT Father has to PAY IT ALL BACK... OMGosh you all are too funny!! Comedy hour for sure! Why should it be everyones job to worry about YOUR CHILDREN instead of YOURS? I also find it very hard to believe that your husband owns a funeral home plus draws foodstamps thats throwing it a little to far dontcha think!!

im also a single father...i have custody of my girl...her mother doesnt help in any way...no money or love 4 my child..i think if i owed her..i would be under the jail...oh i also work!!!

i get welfar for my grandkids..do they still make the mom and dad pay support for the kids..so should i be geting chil support also with the welfar.

you know it is up to the parent with the child to make sure you getwhat you deserve even if you have to do all the work and hand it over to the child support place they don't care if you get anything or not cause all they can take is half of the payday do your homework and you will reap
