Oh, this is all so tragic. I was traveling on Hartford Rd today and notice there was a gas station that had fences all up around it, and was wondering why they put fences up around the gas pumps. This probably explains why.

The gas station is under construction, has nothing to do with this tragedy. I hope the driver traded a DUI for a vehicular manslaughter charge. Plain stupid and unnecessary.
