I contacted the BBB,attorney general, & a branch of the AG office. They all agreed, Williams has a very bad rep. I advise EVERYONE to file a report with them. Maybe then something can get done United we Stand! This is my new bumber sticker: "Williams Honda Where Integrity Doesn't Exist"

I think the screen name CrustyC says it all! There is no merit to these comments.

Anytime someone makes broad allegation comments such as these must have had a diffult life where now they blame everyone but themselves for their predicament.

It's pretty easy to get market pricing on the new or used car you are looking for so you know you are getting a good deal. A benefit for buying a used car from a reputable local dealer is that if there is a problem with the car, you have somewhere to go, close, for help and advice. Contrary to these comments, most dealers in Traverse City are like this and will even take the car back if you are not completely satisfied.

Tim, Maybe you are correct that "most" of them are reputable local dealers. I can assure you that Williams is not one that should be included on that list. They are unethical in their sales practices and I love the adds where they actually have to say "no lies" because their adds are flat out fradulent. That is one company that if gulible people ever quit being born, will go out of business.
