Tattoo shop draws a protest

i think it's an awesome thing to have here, as long as the dude is sanitary and does good ligit tattoos. Because let's face it, in marianna, there's fast food, gas stations, car dealerships, and ..........hhhmmmm i'm pretty sure that's it.

I wish the Floridan would have put more information in the "FRONT PAGE" of a 1 person protest against a Tattoo shop thats in a historic district of Pizza hut and KFC. What a croc of crap, no wonder Marianna doesnt grow with new succesful businesses.

Does anyone know that OCD "tattoo" is being run by a retired proffesional husband and wife. She having 20+ years in nursing or equivalent, he having 10+ in federal corrections. They are supported by a local phisycian and have acquired all of their licenses and permits to perform safe and clean tattoos. They also exceed the requirements set forth by the state to have clean and safe tools for their shop. He has also set up strict rules for why and who hang out at the shop and he is PRO law enforcement dropping by any time.

Now they are forced to move because of the bad publicity over a sign and 1 person not being happy with a tattoo shop.

Just FYI for all you readers that wonder why this is such a boring town and people go elsewere to spend their money instead of re-investing it here locally.

He was just the wrong guy. If it was a few of the local good ole boys there would have beed open house party and would be on front page of paper saying what a great thing had come to town. I'm so glad I choose to move away from Marianna.

the real tat artist is back in Dothan... does an awesome job... guarantees his work and doe sooo much by freehand... and prices are good too.. check him... Marianna may be closer nut is not always better...

I'm glad to see they are on the front page today and I hope them the best. They have a great attitude considering the welcome they recieved.
