Alex Soteras - Dishonesty Within the Chamber of Commerce

We heard about that. If Alex was smart he would clean up a few things, and fast!

I remember when Alex Soteras didn`t like something that the Acorn newspaper wrote about him so he went around and took all the newspapers from all the racks and threw them in the dumpsters.I thought it was funny as hell, but I can`t remember what happend to him there was some kind of case.This was years ago.When Alex Soteras was in High School he was very well dressed for a HS kid he wore a suit and tie and was a glad handler back then in the 70`s.It is too bad that his life went so off track.I guess when this realestate bubble burst he got in over his head.

Given what I know about Alex Soteras, I am truly surprised someone has not "taken the prick out" for good! There are better men than Soteras fertilizing cactus flowers in the Mojave Desert!

MORE ACCURATELY that was the now defunct Conejo Examiner Newspaper, not that it matters. Same difference. The Examiner to their credit, printed a letter from my then, underage daughter, which gave a first hand account of what she felt was blatant sexual harassment at her work place and other acts of gross dishonesty she had personally witnessed that the Acorn refused to print, saying it was "hearsay". Of course, hearsay is when you repeat something someone else has told you .. NOT when you give a first hand account of your own experience. It is beyond comprehension that anyone would let Soteras even take care of their plants no less conduct business as a free man.

HOW ABOUT paying excessive attention to underage girls who reply "I think I'm a little young for you" and then persisting when asked to stop, fawning on them and telling them they are beautiful and asking them to lunch in a lascivious manner and then giving them a business card AFTER they have told you they are the legal age and made it clear that advances are unwanted? I once saw a picture of Alex posing with Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky asked him why he allowed himself to be photographed with Alex and Zev replied that "one can not always know at the time who they are posing for pictures with". He went on to tell me a story about having taken a picture with a woman who he later found out was the Madam of a brothel. I suspect the average hooker has more integrity than Alex.

Alex was found GUILTY and had to pay thousands for stealing those newspapers. He thinks that he can get away with whatever he wants, and is above the law. It didn't work that time.

Thank you truth teller ,I never really knew how it turned out. Why does no one talk about it if he was really convicted of stealing.?

Alex lives at 3920 Prado De Las Frutas Calabasas, CA 91302 which he lists as his office address Soteras Mortgage. One of his favorite scams is to pretend that he lives at his rental properties, and apply for loan modifications on them. You are supposed to only get a loan modification on your primary residence, not all of your rentals. He does this over and over, year after year, the scam is called continued forclosures,his properties continually going to auction. That's exactly what he does. I haven't been a renter for sometime, but he used to have his dad "Sal" collect his rent, starting at 8am on the 1st. He would knock on the door and ask for it.
This unit went into foreclosure and up for auction. Alex still collected rent claiming he was just in a loan modification.
Let's face it, HE"S A THIEF!!!!!!!

The douche bag is going down. It is unbelievable that anyone even speaks to or will be seen in the same zip code as this pig but his day is coming soon.
