As an update to the previous postings dated October 28th 2008, let it be known that on May 14th 2009 attorney Ronald Gilbert, while testifying under oath during a deposition in the legal malpractice case filed by Ronald and Adola Grasha was asked how many times he had been sued for legal malpractice. Ronald Gilbert answered that he has been sued three times, not only twice as posted earlier. Again it deserves mentioning, how bizarre is it that this attorney would be selected as a super lawyer in the year 2008. An attorney who has been sued three times for legal malpractice. Who is it that makes these selections? What could possibly be the criteria? You must wonder what kind of research takes place before this honor of super lawyer is bestowed upon someone. Here's a thought, would you treat with a medical doctor who has been sued three times for medical malpractice? I sure wouldn't. This we believe the public has a right to know.

Ron Gilbert is a great attorney and a great guy. This "review" is hogwash. Anyone with a few hundred dollars and a typewriter can file a lawsuit against anybody. That doesn't mean their lawsuit has any validity. Doctors can vouch for that. So can anyone who's had the misfortune of being sued. Mr. Gilbert is an honorable lawyer who has taken on many difficult cases and won them. I don't believe any of this malarkey for a moment.

HERE IS A QUICK UPDATE FOR "WAIT A MINUTE IN REGARDS TO HIS POST DATED OCTOBER 4TH 2009 THAT CONTAINED THE FOLLOWING VERBAGE AND I QUOTE "RON GILBERT IS A GREAT ATTORNEY AND A GREAT GUY. THIS REVIEW IS HOGWASH. ANYONE WITH A FEW HUNDREWD DOLLARS AND A TYPEWRITER CAN FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST ANYBODY" THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEIR LAWSUIT HAS ANY VALIDITY. WELL, "WAIT A MINUTE" HEAR THIS, ONE OF THE LEGAL MALPRACTICE LAWSUITS LISTED ABOVE THAT YOU REFER TO AS HOGWASH (CASE#2005-CA005147-0) FILED IN ORANGE COUNTY WHICH BECAME (CASE#16-2005-CA006354)WHEN MOVED TO DUVAL COUNTY JUST SETTLED DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2009 FOR THE POLICY LIMITS. YOU WOULD HAVE TO ASK RON GILBERT WHAT HIS POLICY LIMITS ARE BUT I WOULD GUESS THEY ARE IN THE MILLIONS. IT'S A WONDERFUL THING TO SEE JUSTICE PREVAIL, I JUST HOPE THIS FAMILY WAS NOT TOTALLY DESTROYED WAITING FOR JUSTICE THEY FILED THEIR LAWSUIT IN 2005.
