OMG. From what I have read, he is the reason today's stylists know how to cut hair.

THANKS Lisa!
I just posted video of Minik speaking, it's 12:15 here.
So good she'll have to come to court wheather she likes it or not!

Where is Casey Anthony?

Soon, attorneys for the woman suing her for defamation will likely have the long-awaited answer to that question.

Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez — who says her life was upended when Anthony claimed a similarly named nanny had kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter in 2008 — scored a victory they’d sought for months on Thursday.

Interesting that the question is where's Casey when it use to be where's Caylee...to bad..

Casey Anthony: Judge gives Zenaida Gonzalez access to Casey Anthony's secret address

By Jeff Weiner, Orlando Sentinel

9:51 a.m. EST, May 10, 2012

Judge Lisa Munyon gave attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez something they've wanted for a long time -- permission to get Casey Anthony's secret location.(Red Huber / May 10, 2012)

A judge this morning gave attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez something they've wanted for a long time -- permission to get Casey Anthony's secret location.

But that information will remain secret for everyone else.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation.

Her attorneys returned to court this morning for a hearing as they continue to try to find out where Anthony's currently living.

The Morgan & Morgan law firm, representing Gonzalez, wanted Anthony's address so she can be subpoenaed to attend a civil trial in the case.

Several motions and objections are expected to be heard today.

Among those: Gonzalez's team is asking for Anthony to reveal her current and past addresses and for any Twitter posts she may have made while in hiding. Anthony's defense objects to those requests.

Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon will also hear an objection from Anthony's defense to the Morgan firm's attempt to subpoena the Florida Department of Corrections for Anthony's current residence.

Anthony's address has been a closely guarded secret since she was acquitted in her daughter's death in July after a high-profile trial. She remains in hiding while serving probation on unrelated fraud charges.

Gonzalez has a similar name to the one Anthony gave authorities for a nanny who she said had kidnapped her daughter, 2-year-old Caylee Marie, in 2008. Investigators determined the nanny didn't exist.

Casey Anthony: The head-scratching never ends

Caylee and Casey Anthony, WFTV, WKMG

— posted by halboedeker on May, 10 2012 12:51 PM

Judge Lisa Munyon listens to Zenaida Gonzalez's lawyers Keith Mitnik, center, and John Dill. Photo credit: Red Huber/Orlando Sentinel

Now that Zenaida Gonzalez’s lawyers have won access to Casey Anthony’s secret address to subpoena her for trial, what next?

“Anthony’s lawyers are still deciding what to do,” WKMG-Channel 6’s Mike DeForest reported at noon.“They could hand over the address to Zenaida Gonzalez’s lawyers or they could decide to ignore the order and make Casey Anthony face the legal consequences of that. They could appeal the judge’s ruling. Or the judge did give Anthony’s lawyers the option of accepting that subpoena on their client’s behalf so there would never need to be this handing over of the address.”

Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation. Gonzalez says her life was ruined when she was linked to the disappearance of Caylee Anthony. The trial is set for January.

The long-running Anthony saga continued to receive extensive coverage on noon newscasts. Judge Lisa Munyon gave Gonzalez’s lawyers access, but the address will be sealed from the public to protect Anthony.

WFTV-Channel 9’s Kathi Belich, standing outside the Orange County Courthouse, said Gonzalez’s lawyers “are licking their chops, believing that the judge’s order today means Casey Anthony will have to come back here, up to the 23rd floor, and face another trial. But Casey Anthony’s lawyers say that still might not happen.”

In July, Anthony was acquitted of her daughter’s murder.

Belich summed up the head-scratching saga this way:“Anthony claimed Caylee drowned and she decided to face murder charges and a possible death sentence rather than admit to her mother that she wasn’t watching Caylee.”

How do you like that synopsis?

Gonzalez lawyer Keith Mitnik said he hoped to question Anthony at trial.“At the very least, she can take a few days out of her time and sit in that courtroom and see the fallout of what happened,” he said.

Charles Greene, Anthony’s attorney, told reporters that this Gonzalez is not the one that Anthony cited.”Will the real ZFG please stand up?‘Cause I can’t find her. We should really be more worried about her showing up in this case instead of some plaintiff pretending to be her.”

That response was a head-scratcher, because Casey’s Zenaida was fiction. The sheer weirdness of this story keeps it in the headlines.

Casey Anthony Won't Profit from Her Lawyer's Book, Says Jose Baez

Thursday May 10, 2012 01:35 PM EDT

Jose Baez's book Presumed Guilty

Thanks for liking PEOPLE's "Casey Anthony Won't Profit from Her Lawyer's Book, Says Jose Baez". Like PEOPLE on Facebook for breaking news, celebrity pictures, exclusive deals and more!
Jose Baez, the attorney who represented Casey Anthony, has written a tell-all book about the trial – and says his controversial client won't make any money off of it.

The 352-page book, titled Presumed Guilty: Casey Anthony: The Inside Story, will hit bookstores in July – a year after Anthony was acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

Baez tells PEOPLE that Anthony waived her attorney/client privilege for him to pen the book.

"Casey will not financially benefit from this book in any way, shape or form," he tells PEOPLE. "This is my story, not hers."

According to Baez, the book will tell how he became involved in the case and will walk the reader through the defense strategy. He promises it will tell the behind-the-scenes story of the trial that riveted the nation in 2011.

The book also will talk about Baez's relationship with Casey and his observations of her family. And it will give details about her release from jail, and why he stopped representing her.
A Controversial Subject

News of the book deal has caused controversy, with hundreds of boycotters taking to Facebook and Twitter to urge the publisher, BenBella books, to reconsider the book's release.

Baez insists that Presumed Guilty is not a book about Casey's guilt or innocence, but rather his experience as a key player in the most sensational trial in recent memory.

"I was there from day one," he says. "Other than Casey, no one else was there from the very beginning. These are my insights into what happened."

Although Baez no longer handles Anthony's legal matters, he is still in touch with her as she finishes out her yearlong probation in an undisclosed Florida location.

According to her probation reports, she remains broke and unemployed. After several months of counseling at a church in Palm City, Fla., she has moved on and is no longer receiving therapy. Still, Baez claims that Anthony is fine with his book.

"Casey has authorized me to write it," he says. "I have her complete and total permission."

It's the second book from one of the lawyers involved in the case. Prosecutor Jeff Ashton released his book about the trial, Imperfect Justice, in November. Ashton's book will be made into a Lifetime movie starring Rob Lowe.

A judge this morning gave attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez something they've wanted for a long time -- permission to get Casey Anthony's secret location.

Hi Zazz thanks for posting that!
So do they get her twitter post too?
Not sure I'm following, I see they get her past addresses but what about her twitter post?

Of course her twitter post probably just show how she's an on going narcissist and unfeeling pysco.

Just because they supeona her doesn't necessary mean she'll show she will be off probation in a couple months (if she keeps her nose clean)....and that's a huge bulbus nose she's got to look out for!
