Was the legislature not totally behind the measure to override a veto… is there anything that would stop advocates from asking the proposal to be re submitted?
Apparently not, like I mentioned before it appears to me as though people just gave up on getting their own… and are now trying to take over something that belongs, and has belonged to someone else for over 200-years.
As I said, I don’t know of any social injustice that was corrected over night… people had to fight (figuratively – not literally) for those social changes. And by “fight” I mean in a meaningful, purposeful way, not with hyperbole, disseminating falsehoods, disparaging remarks and physical confrontation. Yep, and we only need 12 more votes in the House and 3 more votes in the Senate and two years to do it in.
