Private industry has a performance evaluation system in place for 100+ years and Teachers say "don't rush us" into anything. How absurd this sounds. If teachers are incapable of developing a "fair" program after a century, my take is that they are incapable. Should we blame their unions? How embarassing to be a Teacher.
If they can't even do what private industry did a century ago perhaps they are really overpaid based on their abilities.
