Northport man charged in investment scheme

This guy will get another 15 months in a country club prison and still have his condo in Northport.

another dirt bag gets a slap on the wrist. i was shocked not to see that scott zucker was not involved.

I happen to be one of the investors along with a group of my friends. I find it hard to believe that this low lifer could be allowed by the US to open a business. I have always been a faithful tax payer and this is my protection. You would think our government would track him like sex offenders, not so. One would think he would have been placed on parole for at least five years or more. Where is the justice system?????????

I also happen to be an invester, he has taken so much from me and my friends. I trully hope we can find a good lawyer and this time this scum bag rots behind bars.

I LOST ALL MY MONEY TO THIS SCAM...I am still thankful i am just a victim and Im still alive, I could still work for the money I've lost.. WHAT AN EXPENSIVE LESSON.. I received an e-mail that there will be a restitution (hope so) but I already hired a lawyer just in-case

Yeah how come BRADLEY EISNER was never mentioned? I thought Bradley & Richard is just one person.. so where is Bradley??

I think we all can read between the lines. Eisner wasn't mentioned because he probably made a deal with the Feds. They must have wanted that MacCaull guy very badly and I bet as things unfold we will see that he worked with the Feds and will receive a slap on the wrist instead of the hard jail time that he deserves! I think if we all work together we have a better chance of dealing with this effectively

There are quite a few of us here in Vancouver. I would be interested in discussing legal counsel with you and I am particularly interested to know whether there has been any movment to proceed by way of class action. That coud be the most cost effective way for victims to operate.

However, there needs to be an injunciton sought with regard to disposal of any property not seized by the DA.

The "informant" is BRADLEY EISNER...he made a deal with the feds. he has a lot more assets than maccaull did....maybe you can go after his lamborghini, his bentley gt conv., his mercedes s600 or his top of the line range rover.....or maybe his $3.5 million dollar house that was paid for in cash and decorated by interior designers...OR maybe his hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of watch collection or maybe his wifes jewelry collection

he just knowingly used maccaull as his pawn in the whole thing....

I don't know how these people sleep at night!!!!
Does anyone know if we will have any of our investment money recovered. I can't seem to get too much info. Very scared, we mortgaged our house to invest in this and we have two kids.
Everything was going so great for the year we had invested until now.
