Nurse from White Earth IHS gave a false name to police

Last April I was at work and got a few calls that my name was on the police scanner and I was taken to jail. Well I was never arrested ever in my life. I had to call around to to the local police dept and they had no report on me as to being picked and placed in jail. I found out the incendent happened in Mahnomen County as it turns out an LPN from White Earth IHS was drunk and gave my name to the police. I obtained a copy of the police report and filed a complaint with WEIHS they called her and got her side of the story but I was never contacted by IHS. She still works there. I was the one that was wronged. this nurse has a long history of alcolhol abuse going back to her years as a teenager and she is also takes narcotics that are not in her name. Why is she still there? What people do on there time off don't have any accountablity. I was wronged by this person and feel like I should be able to go see another doctor at a diffrent clinic with WE picking up the bill since I no longer have trust or feel safe in our health care facility siince they kept this LPN on staff. We the people should not have to worry or deal with this type of incedents going on. I wonder how many other peoples names were used and do they know they might be wanted by the police. If people didn't call me I would have a warrent out in my name for doing nothing wrong. If you go to the White Earth or Naytahwaush clinic I ENCOURAGE you to call and find out befor you end up in JAIL for something you did not do...

Why is the White Earth health center not being accountable for thier employees action???? MAYBE it's TIME TO CHANGE WHO"S IN CHARGE...Who are they accountable to ???? US the people. If we don't stand up for ourselves then no one will!!! NO ONE. People It is up to us to keep them accountable. They are working for us if it were not for us they wouldn't be there would they. It's up to It's A sad day when we people are no longer able to go to the doctor when someone working there is so foolish to use anothers name. GOOD LUCK Call the Board of dircetors Board of Nursing.

A NURSE really used your name? So Is the nurse still working in WE? What did she get out of it? Is she still serving the public? What a disgrace to the health field that they let this stuff go by.

Probably.There is no justice in a system that relies on who your realated to for accoutability.

You r right! there is no Justice for those of us who do not have family working there! I get that. So why don't we do somthing about it! Get those who let things like this slide under the table OUT OF thoses POSITION. This LPN Broke the LAW she lied to the police by giving a clients name and still works with the public. What can we do for this not to happen again?
