Did anyone know that this mexican stapped and killed someone from shenandoah a couples years ago, went back to mexico and came back illegally again using another name. Did anyone know he was in the park with his girlfriends 15 yr old sister who he was having an affair with, and even her mother tried to press charges. The DA is a wimp and will never be re-elected. The truth will come out in court. Everyone be surprised.

How do you know this?

It doesn't matter if Ramirez was illegal or cheating on his girlfriend. Or even if he killed someone a couple of years ago. He might have been the worst person in the world saying terrible things to these young men. It doesn't justify kicking his head and causing his death. They obviously weren't doing it in self defense so there is no good way to explain what they did. Shenandoah has a sick culture to raise young men who act like this. This is sick behavior.

I knew he was in the park with a teen girl, but didn't know of the other info you posted. It's rather strange that Crystal didn't seem concerned that he was stepping out on her. Not exactly the act of a supposedly devoted father. Do you have links?

What I found was a person named “Luis Zavala” having the same date of birth “3-16-1983 (25 years old)” is listed as a fugitive in Schuylkill County for two counts of aggravated assault (felonies), two counts of simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person. I cannot say for certain, but it is suspicious that this person would have the same exact birthdate, with a name that was used by one of his apparent friends. The Shenandoah police department has not yet returned my phone call seeking comment on this interesting development.

If this is true, this was no innocent man. He didn't deserve to die in the manner he did, but he didn't deserve to walk about freely either.

This is the fault of the federal government and their refusal to ENFORCE ALL OUR LAWS. Now 3 young men will have their lives destroyed because all the cry babys want to give away what I and millions of others fought for. Wake up people and quit falling for the constant whining of the liberal cry babies, before it is to late. We are seeing native people all over the world fighting to reclaim their countries and cultures from a seemingly endless onslaught of third world illegals looking for a free ride. These kids have a right to fight for their futures, especially if the spineless adults will not enforce existing immigration laws and protect their own communities. This lack of law enforcement is what is breeding the resentment that underlies these type of incidents. This person was previously deported and that fact makes him a FELON walking free amoung our kids. American citizens have the laws heavily enforced aginst them to the point that we have the largest prison population on the planet.

It's kind of funny that you start out with no one has the right to kill and then you advocate a 5 on 1 beating, so long as it's latinos doing the beating.

I am willing to bet, as tragic as this incident is, it could have easily been avoided if Ramirez obeyed the laws in the first place.

I still think these three knucklheads should go to prison for a good long while. However, Ramirez wouldn't have even been there to get attacked if he hadn't snuck in this country to begin with.

If I were you, I'd be ashamed to call myself American too. You talk about being a legal Mexican-American citizen, and then defend those who come here illegally. When people come here illegally, that is a direct slap in YOUR face. Why should they get to sneak in when your family obeyed the laws and did things the right way? I'd much rather people do right by the country they're trying to enter FIRST, then do right by their family. If a person comes here illegally to "do right by their family," how is that "doing right by their family" when their family is deported later to a country they never knew growing up? The point is, if they truly wanted to do right by their family, they'd ensure they were here the right way, thus making them above reproach later in life.

That issue is completely seperate from the one in this news article though. Yes, those three morons need to either rot in jail or die in the chair, but for Ramirez, he'd be alive if he obeyed the laws. True, someone else might have been killed by these half-wits but it wouldn't have been Ramirez.

I guess you don't read what you write...you didn't call yourself an American. You referred to yourself as a hyphenated American. A true American is proud to drop the hyphenation and just be satisfied to be considered American. Save your preaching for the pulpit...this guy wasn't even man enough to marry this Crystal before she had those kids...what was he waiting for? Did he think it would be appropriate to marry her when they reached 18 years old, after the welfare ran out? Why was he hanging out with a teen-aged girl? This guy was no saint, plus he obviously didn't feel the need to honor our laws...who knows what other lwas he had or was breaking. I feel like there is far more to this story than we are being told. Again, while I don't think anybody deserves to die this manner, he shouldn't have been allowed to walk freely in this country without following our immigration procedures. And if it turns out that he actually had committed crimes under another name, that will surely take his tarnished halo away, won't it? The boys will pay for their crime, if found guilty, but how many illegals are getting away with murder? Does that even bother you?

Very sad story. 4 on 1 is a disaster no matter who you are. The 1 getting seriously injured of killed was inevitable. Racism is worldwide and in every place you go. Until mankind changes their thinking pattern it will never stop no matter how many go to jail. All our modern races are derived from one family, Noah and his three sons. We are all related.
