Actually, aliens from outer space were here first. Illegal is only illegal because of a law we recognize that says something is not allowed. The Native Americans did not have any laws that our nation recognizes, therefore, giving them blankets with smallpox and systematically destroying them so that we could take over the land was not illegal. Immoral yes, but illegal no. Land boundaries change over time, but let's not live in the past, let's live in today and use the past as a lesson. If we lived in the past, we'd still be calling the pope a Roman.

The natives that were here were no more legal that the Europeans! They never claimed the land for themselves in accordance with their cultural tradition. God owned it all. All tribes in All of North and South America were regularly ar war. The europeans were really just another tribe that got along with some and less with others.

If Europeans were wrong to come here then why would it be right for East Indians or Muslims to come here now. Simple they want their slice just like the European did. When ever one conquers a land the loser (when allowed to live) lose the right to complain.

I grew up in the coal mining area but moved out 48 years ago and am very sadden to hear about this alful crime. When someone kills someone it should make NO difference if he is a citizen or not. Three young men continued to kick a person when he is down and out. The young men I believe are not bad men but apparently have a lot of hate in them. What if the Mexican was an US citizen, then what? Someday someone will kill a honest, hard-working, tax paying immagrant...how sad to think this young Mexican's life wasn't worth anything. I wonder if God thought the same way. I'm glad I moved out of the area a long time ago...I would not like living in an area that does not give everyone respect no matter where they came from. I'm glad my grandparents weren't treated so badly because they could not speak a word of english when they came to the area. How sad for the young men who killed this man and for the friends and family for all involved. I pray that some good will come out of all this ugly behavior.

What part did you read that gave you the impression that I would claim American indians were not Americans... Maybe you missunderstood the term "East indians"!
That terms refer to the people of India whom were Far East from Europe, whish was known as "the West". East Indians Are known to lead the accusations against European that they stole the land from the Natives yet fail to explain why they are here themselves!
