I have to wonder, too, how common things like this were many years ago, and how many family trees might fork in odd directions because of it.

If the women loved and raised the boy, 16 years and as far as i know and it is a fact the boy knew the truth along with family and friends and she did not live on welfare all that time she held a job the man in the case didnt, and BOTH WOMEN LOVE THE CHILD and she was and is considered his mother in logan county juvenile court per judge brady

She never ask for support until she got sick and she believed he was his. And what you and apparently no one else knows the system as they call it there has been a lawyer in the case many years trying to get the adoption thru after the truth came out he wasnt the father, and he is the one who kept going back telling the boy he was the father even after she begged him not to. and the man is a piece of crap who never had to answer for anything and you r either a ex or a present and if it is the latter i pity you.

oh my someone the kid would know for years would come and ask how he is doing that is a tragedy maybe you all should grow up and think about yourselves before you inject your opinions on people who dont care
