The Christian community does not support the KKK.

Lobo Viejo wrote: <quoted text> So did you get all pumped up with anti-Muslim hate at your church today? Judging Islam by the actions of the 9-11 fanatics would be liking judging Christianity by the actions of Fred Phelps, Scott Roeder, Ted Haggard and Eric Rudolph. Killing is against true Islam but, just like with Christianity, the zealots have interpreted their holy writings to allow killing. No it's not. The Koran fully endorses violence against non-Muslims, and always has. And every Islamic State has aggressively pursued a policy of warfare with its non-Muslim neighbors, until they were outgunned by Christian nations. No other religion has done this. And their history speak for itself. Why do Progressives defend Islam, but hate Christians? Could it be that they both share a desire for social reform, rather than government reform? Islam does not care about human rights. The Declaration of Independence could never have formed from a Muslim nation ... or a Progressive one. Christianity considers free will a gift from God. Islam means submitting all will to God. Thus, total and opposite extremes that make Islam more in line with Communism than any other ideology on earth. Which makes sense, almost all terrorists are either Muslim or Marxist. Your ignorance is astounding.

Daniel in Hobbs wrote: <quoted text> Okay...you have GOT to explain that ridiculous claim...I really wanna hear this one... Sure. The word was coined by the Romans to describe the self-governing, democratic communities of Jews scattered around the Roman Empire. This model was adopted by Colonial America, who believed that personal liberty was only possible with a strong moral code. Freedom without morality is not possible. Theocracy is thus, synonymous with democracy, since a moral people that obey God's laws is also the Rule of the Many. Rule of the Many and Rule of God mean the same thing. Glad I could educated you.

Islam has Al Qaeda, and Christianity has the KKK. LOL!!!!! It's a misguided observation. And, as an atheist, you will never understand the theology of each religion. The KKK went ABSOLUTELY against Christian doctrine, and therefore, cannot be associated with Christianity. Just because these bad people called themselves Christians, does not make it so. Islam, on the other hand, does endorse suicide and violence against non-Muslims. It IS part of their doctrines, and confirmed by the Koran and many Islamic writers themselves. Jihad is their word, and there is no equivalent in Christianity. We stole the concept of "holy war" from Islam when they struck first, and conquered two thirds of Christendom, and also by their Koran, reduced non-Muslim women to sex slaves. Every Islamic century confirms this as their doctrine. The Crusades was a heroic struggle to stop a much greater and more powerful imperialist people, which saved the West from being swallowed whole by Islam. Yes, you owe YOUR freedom, right now, to the Crusaders, those underdogs that lost their loves to fight a much more powerful enemy. You ask that you not misrepresent your posts, while you continue to lie about religions you know nothing about? Let's make this perfectly clear. Christianity, along with our Jewish brothers and sisters in Medieval times, has brought us the most scientifically advanced, innovative, and loving of human rights civilization ever in the whole history of the earth. And every time you lie about Christianity, you are keeping this truth from others. This is immoral, even by atheistic standards.
