I went for three interviews and got called for the managers position today. Although I am a black man, that didn't have a factor in it. Hope to see some of you all there!

You people are morons. Background checks aren't even returned yet. And out of a group of 30 who interviewed together, there were zero blacks and only one woman. Doesn't matter if your're white, black, brown, yellow, green, etc...if you can do the job correctly, us GE employees don't care. We just want people willing to work and work correctly.
