I soo agree with you.....I was reading the fine print one day on that commercial.....10,000 loan....84 months at 743.00 a month...is this chic crazy or what? If you have 743.00 a month to pay on a loan of 10,000....you don't need a loan, you need a hug and a beer and some serious therapy.

Well, I'm one of the ones whom fit in the situation of being very "Desparate" because of shut off notices, rent due...etc. Can some one make a suggestion where I can get a fast loan.

Yes these loans are stupid but speaking for people who have used them before when you are about to lose your house and unable to put food on the table because lack of work after 8 years at the same company and your kids are stareing at you wondering what your going to do sometimes you make choices that you wish you never had to. Yea, it's a horrible system and it cost more in the long run but sometimes you don't have a choice and you have to do what you have to do. It's good to help people understand these but don't talk down to the people who need these services. Most of them wish to god they never had to use them and some are just tryin to get fast money for stupid purchases but others actualy had what they felt was no choice.

We as humans are very judgemental...guick to say what is in someone else's eye...every single person that walks on this home planet of Mother Earth has an opinion...why is it that our opinions are not geared more towards loving our neighbors...that would be to easy a feat...humans have to most of the time make things hard for themselves...WHEN WILL IT CEASE...you talk negative talk about what this loan company is doing...where did this idea come from...the minorities that live in the United States of America got their knowledge from the majority...the mindset of the majority is 'the American dream...which is to become millionaires...AlwaysLoveLife. ..WE ARE ALL LIFE...continued blessings to all whose eyes meet this comment...you are all in my spirit...

It is really said that people could be allowed to get away with the crazy scams like this. That like the loan company BellTree who would use all the right words to convince a person to believe he or she could benefit from there loan lending and yes I was one of the ones who got caught up and I lost 1200 dollars. It is truly sad that people work an honestly living whether 8-5, 9-5 or whatever the hours and people like this would basically take advantage of people. My husband called Western Sky to see what they would say and they told him he qualified for 700 but they could only send him 300. What kind of mess is this. Of course, he told them that was a ripoff. People please be careful. Things might be hard but it will be harder if you fall for such scams.

Yes its crazy high interest, but you are told that upfront, thus its your choice. I hope people know what they are paying back, however if you decide to use them its not deception or anything. They appear to me to be honest but its a high rate. Even the one time I called the guy on the other line said "it dont make any since to take this loan to the full 42 months, its a high rate". I mean, all things considered thats quite honest. But its a costly honestly if you have to use them.:-)

western sky now has an ad offering 10000 dollars at 89% on an 84 month term. The payment is only 745 dollars a month. Not bad. You get 10000 and payback around 63000. Read the fine print on those ads.

If anyone took the time to read the fine print on the commercial they would see that $10000 loan repayment means $950 being taken out of your checking account each month. 185% interest. I sympathize with those who are desperate. I have been there. I don't agree with getting wrapped up in such exorbinant amounts of debt though. Moneymutual is worse. They charge up to 300% "fees". I hope people take the old saying to heart "if it seems too good to be true, it probably is"

Thanks so much for all the info! I am researching loans to match the funds I already have in order to purchase a home and have horrible credit and have to take unconventional routes to obtain funds. I am glad that all of you have saved me from making a big mistake. And yes, the ad is still running. I just viewed it last night on a cable channel.

I dont know whst to think. Its easy to judge intell your in the situation yourself a.d u have no mom or dad or anyone to go to for help. When your living out of a motel with two kids trying to put your life back together because your ex lost your home to forclosure because hes dumb and desided to stop makeing the payments on his end when u were makeing the payments on your end. And he moves in with his mommy and leaves u with the kids to care for. And i would have it no other way. And your hole life u were a stay at home mom everythi.g as credit went in his name. I did foster care. But its not taxable.so i cant clame it. And i cant barrow money. No one will help me. When ive helped everyone els. When i was makeing good money. Now i need it and no one is found. And i find a house to buy for 2,000 down. And i can move my children in. And have a perminate house for them. YES i am concidering it. Because there is no other option. The interest is out of this world. BUT what else can i do. My babys mean that much to me. To do this so no one can take them from me........ not everyone has family to rely on or credit because we were stay at home parents. Sometimes the worst situations bring out the best results. And ya u pay alot but if in the end its a house for your family or paying for a sergery or collage ect not just blowing it. Then later in life u can say i did it and i servived and providex for my family.... People Should not judge others..... be happy its ivon an options for u if u have nothing else.... ya their making money but if u could do it and fet away with it dont act like u wouldnt.....

If you have to borrow money for a down payment on a home you cannot afford a home. Rent and save up money till you can afford it.

This have to have it now attitude is going to ruin this country.

Just curious, if unpaid, are these fees billed to relatives? As in, the person being loaned the money dies before paying it back.
