It was bound to happen around here.

I remember my Uncle tried for 20 years to get a job on the state highway department and they said he didn't qualify for the job.

One day I was out driving around and saw a young Mexican boy not even old enough to shave out there flagging traffic.

Where's the justice in that?
nope

The mines dont hire illegals. If you know a Hispanic person working in the mines, he is an American.

A person has to be a legal resident, with proof, to be a miner. If they are legal, they have every right to work wherever they want to. It's called the American dream, and it holds true for anyone with a good work ethic.

I bet they could hire mexicans to replace the current workforce at a ratio of 1 to 4, and still get the same amount of coal moved..or more. And we probably wouldn't have to deal with the "we save the world" attitude either.

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Taurus

Loved ones are hard to handle today because they refuse to do what you ask. It's a very trying experience but there doesn't seem to be much you can do about it. You might also see a new side to a certain person now, perhaps when they talk about something that's very important to them which you knew nothing about until now.
