You mean we cant rough them up just a little bit in order to get our point across???

I totally understand. It's sad, they have just as much rights than a law abiding citizen...if not more. But as a citizen, wife, and mother, I want to get the word out so they will not want to take refuge in neighborhoods that house children. It is our reponsibility to help keep our neighborhoods safe from these pedifiles. Most of the offenders that are registered are from offenses that involve children.

I think child molesters and rapists should be sentenced to death either by hanging or by electrocution. Forget all this mindless garbage about cruel and inhumane punishment. Child molesters and rapists are cruel and inhumane mutant lifeforms and not really human at all. So therefore it is a very proper idea that they should be punished via cruel and inhumane methods.
When a child molester and a rapist are found guilty of the crime they should not be put on a waiting list so that their deaths are delayed for "x-amount" of years. They should be exterminated within seven working days.
If the judges wont allow the execution to take place immediately then all able bodied adult male citizens should surround the courthouse(s) with shotguns and demand the criminals be released to them for immediate execution. Theres no way a handfull of sheriffs, deputies and state troopers are going to conduct a stand off with five or six hundred well armed grown men. If the sheriffs and state police are not willing to release these criminals the citizens should then physically detain the officers and remove the badges from their uniforms and show them the road out of town.

Be sure to watch the registry so you know if an offender is in your neighborhood and call the sheriffs dept and enter your phone number and when one of the monsters move close to you, you will be notified.
It's appalling to think people do this and we have to be on guard at all times. The laws need to be stricter and a second chance shouldn't even be an option, they are sick!! I have written to ever person I could think of in legislation about the laws. I do not, for one moment, think an offender is a candidate for rehab. They are evil.

Since my family is moving to Madisonville I looked at the offenders list..and I was just wondering why so many of them have the same address (Givens St.) is this an apartment complex or something...

It is a "personal care facility" and yes they do house sex offenders and mental patients. I'm not sure about the sex offenders but some of their residents do roam the streets.

Thanks so much for the information. We don't know anything about the area and are just trying to figure out areas that aren't a good environment to live if you have children.

I did a search and found 24 listed in a 2 mile radious in Madisonville and surrounding area. I would like to know why there isn't more information available on the SOR than what is. And why a sex offender even has the option of "early parole" I mean come on! There is one living there that was convicted in 94, sentenced for 15 years, released in 7 years and while on parole did it again. Then sentenced to 7 years, served half, out on parole did it again twice. Then back in and back out only not violent rape and child molestation this time, he just started flashing children and trying to solicite prostitution in Indiana. How many chances does a person need? Oh yeah did I mention he is now an outreach director for a local church? God can change a person, but this is being too trusting in the man! Try not paying your taxes just 1 time and see what happens. Our laws and the judicial process are quite messed up in Kentucky and the US as a whole. Time to stand up and protect the innocent before it's too late!
