Why is it mostly blacks and Mexicans that steal on Bait Car?

Just something I noticed while watching the show.

It seems that the vast majority of people stealing the bait car are black or Mexican, I would say 9 out of 10 of the perps fit that description.

Its funny to watch though. It never fails to see the perp say that they were helping the person or just moving the car for them. Mexicans seem to have a common excuse, and that is that they were taking the car for a joyride- as if it is not the same as stealing. I even seen a Mexican, probably an illegal burrito say after he was caught that "It's America"...as if we welcome them here to cross over illegally to commit a crime and not have any intention to punish them or better yet deport them to the lowest end of South America.

Because most are not raised. They grew up to think everything should be handed to them and if it is not then they are to take what they want..

Mexicans don't show up anywhere near as much times as black people do. I was at McDonalds last year and silly me forgot to take the keys out of my 2007 BMW.. Stolen. And guess who it was ? A black guy.. And this wasn't at a black neighborhood it was a predominantly white and Hispanic neighborhood and this usually never happens here. Blacks steal cars, that's a fact proven on "Bait Car"
