I can't believe this man's name has been made mud over this. He did NOT expose himself or touch anyone unappropiately. Yet, he and his family are being humiliated. Did anyone bother to find out if this man had mental or emotional problems before they chose to publish this article. It is not just him, but also his wife who will suffer for this needless information. He is totally harmless.

look either way what he did was wrong. he was stalking how would you feel if i followed you around a store for a while and was bothering you.. uncomfortable? yeah i'd say so. people need to pay for there actions even if they aren't severe. and as for him being harmless what would you do if some random man was following your daughter around a store asking her to go out to eat with him. maybe he does have mental issues and he should get that looked into. but he cannot fully blame his actioons on his "issues"

I understand why there were complaints filed against him. The women were afraid. It wasn't up to them to try to figure out whether or not he was "harmless". His actions clearly stated he was not. If he has mental or emotional problems, it is up to his family to keep tabs on him to make sure things like this don't happen. Not only for the safety and well-being of the general public, but for Mr. Feltes as well. And as for publishing the article, they paper publishes the news the way it happens. It is not up to them to try to diagnose the subject before they do.

This man invaded the personal space of those women and when they said NO, he should have left them alone. As for the grabbing and rubbing the back, Girls, listen up! An elbow thrust backwards or a hard stomp on the man's foot might stop his advances.

So, you wait til the guy assaults someone before taking action, huh? I think that's what happened in Alabama recently-also a nuice guy who meant no harm to anyone. And the "kid" in Germany was probably a nice kid too. You bleeding heart liberals are all the same. If the guy needs help, get him help. But don't make excuses for him when he accosts women. If it had been my wife or daughter, I won't have waited for the police to do something. I would have been on his doorstep serving him his lunch, a knuckle sandwich!
