Clinton Man Pleas Guilty In Fatal Drunk Driving Crash

A Clinton man pleaded guilty Wednesday in Superior Court to killing a 19-year-old Madison woman in a drunken driving crash last summer.

I actually saw these kids zoom by my house earlier in the day- definitely speeding, almost at breakneck speed.

What do you know- the a__hole rolled the car later.

How come when drunk underage kids get involved in accidents you rarely see they get charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor? Are the courts more concerned with the most serious of the charges? The illegal possession should also show up on their record.

Usually the most serious charges are what stick. Also, he (or all of them) may have been drunk, but they may not have been in possession of alcohol.

5 years is simply not long enough after causing a death, IMHO. Too much drunk driving and "drugging" these days, for so many single-parent kids especially. Nothing will bring the young woman back, but I pray he will be gay-raped every prison day of his sentence.

I agree, this is a guy who has a history of destroying other people's lives. They were going extremely fast when they crashed- no regard for anyone.
Bunch of dirtbags.
