The parents are responsible period. Make them liable criminally and not just on lookers in court. The time has come for the quelled to rise and be heard. The outdated old people who sit on their asses day after day and do not protect our children anymore but stuff their pockets with money paid to hush hush.

it's tru...something bad must have happened to the 14 yr old because a kid of that age doesnt just think actions like his up. his father is a sexual predator that served prison time....coincidence? i think not. my heart goes out to both families. both families made mistakes but both are hurting.
