dog park

Is there a dog park in or near Macon?

not that i know of but you can walk your dogs at Long Branch Lake. there is a few nice trails and a damn.

Theres a huge Dog Park right behind wal-mart in Macon. Everyone in town takes there dog there on the weekend its a lot of fun. They even have little thing for them to jump through and climb on its pretty neat.

I live in Macon and had no idea their was a dog park behind wal-mart. Amazing !!!!

Yea I didn't know that either! You could also call Cathy's Pet Parlor, six six zero-three nine five-two seven four zero.(can't type phone numbers on here) They pet sit, groom & I'm not sure about a play area but they are real nice people! Thats where Muffy goes when I have to leave town.

well it must be in macon ga because there is nothing like that behind the one in macon mo

that is not a dog park that is the tri county christian school play ground

Tri County Christian isn't right behind Wal-Mart. It is quite a way behind Wal-Mart, across a 4 lane highway and a large empty lot. There is no dog park in Macon that I know of.

yes i agree there is no dog park in macon but the only thing close to walmart that might look like a dog park is the play ground at tri county

I dont know why people want to be like this there is a very nice dog park behind wal-mart in macon I take my dog there all of the time.

How could you miss the dog park unless your just trying to mess with someone its right next to wal-mart I take my dog there all of the time. Ive been trying for sometime to get my dog to go down the dog slide but its just not his cup of tea. He will sit and watch the other dogs go down it like he cant wait to do it but when I get him up the ramp he just stands there and staires.

It is if people keep the gate shut but theres always some idiot that shows up with his dog and doesnt close the gate.

How do you get to this dog park? Do you use Wal-Marts drive on the tire and lube end or is there another way in? Maybe by Sids auto shop?

I always drive between subway and the chinese joint to get there. I would say its about 8 acres give or take some.

Well you are full of bull...you can't drive between Subway and China Garden for one thing and you can't get behind Wal-mart without crossing a huge ditch for another. I have never heard of any dog park behind Wal-mart...and I think you just proved there isn't.
