The bevier homecoming is going to be here before you know it and macon county will be rocking once again. If you've never been to the bevier homecoming you better get out and go theirs nothing like it. The homecoming in bevier is fun for everyone of all ages. Make sure and eat a famous bevier homecoming hamburger and sit back and enjoy the show. The entertainment is free of charge all that they ask is that you patronize the food and beer stand. Let me tell you something else you cant go to anything like this and eat and drink as cheap as the bevier homecoming. I cant understand how they do it make there food and drinks so cheap and pay for entertainment to its crazy.
All of the help for the homecoming is volunteer and the people of bevier pull together and do an awesome job. Bevier is one of the most friendliest towns in the united states if you go there everyone treats you like your at home its really unbelievable.

You forgot to mention the parade on saturday. This parade that these people in this little town put on is second to none I cant say its the best parade in missouri because I havent really been to that many parades but its the best damn parade Ive ever seen.
Straight Arrow your right on another thing they treat you like you lived in their town forever. Me and my wife moved to macon three years ago and it was just a fluke that we even showed up at the homecoming we were eating at the pear tree and seen all of the comotion and thought maybe we ought to check this out. Im here to tell you we had the time of our lives we drank and laughed and met people we had never seen in our whole lives. As long as Im alive and kicking I wont miss the Bevier Homecoming its an anual event for me and my wife and this year my son and his family are coming back from ohio to enjoy the festivities with us. Thanks Bevier for giving us old folks something to look forward to we really enjoy it.

Thanks alot for letting me know I will be there with bells on. Im with everyone else in this forum for a small town like bevier they sure no how to throw a party. I wish Macon could do something like this but it just seems like everyone wants to be better than this one or someone got a little more recognition than the other one and they end up fighting and nothing ever works. Either that or they try to charge so much to get in that no one can afford it. Anyway thanks again for the information.

Does anyone no what time Donny Roberts is going to play. I live in anabel and my wife loves to watch him perform but I havent heard when he was going to sing. If youve never been over to the cannon damn oprey and watched him sing you need to get over and do it. Donny is a true country performer he knows how to work the stage and the crowd and sings good old country music to.

I just heard today that c&r Market is going to have Lo cash cowboys play at in their parking lot the same day as the Bevier Homecoming. I love the Bevier Homecoming and I really have a problem with that I feel like its going to take away from the homecoming. I think this will be good for prengers grocery store because I no C&r made my decision on which grocery store im going to stop at when I head down business 36. I dont think its a very good idea to hurt local fairs and towns this wasnt a very good move on c&Rs part thats just my opinion but its also my money thats going to be spent every week at prengers.

Are you for sure about this thats terrible didnt Bevier get some kind of contract with these guys so they couldnt do something like this. If I was bevier I would tell them to pack there stuff up and keep on going down the road. I really like the homecoming also and that might just change my decision also when I drive down business 36 to get my grocerys.

Im going to the store tonight and Im going to check and see if this is true or not Im like you this isnt going to be good for c&r if it is. I really cant believe they would be dumb enough to do that.

It was in the paper and on a sign in the store...so yep they are going to be there. Maybe they will give a short performance for advertising and folks will go to Bevier to see the show.

Thanks for the info I think I'll go a little farther east to get my grocerys this weekend. I hope they get there moneys worth out of this band because I spend anywhere from $200 to $250 a week in grocerys there and its going to be rough for me to ever go back after this.

I just called the grocery store and asked if the band was going to make an appearance at the store on Friday before they come to Bevier. The girl went and read the sign and told me yes they will be there from 4-5 pm on Friday of the Homecoming.

If they only have an hour there chances are it's a publicity stunt for both. They will have a better show at the fair.

I hope you are right, because the Homecoming Board knew nothing about it. They heard about it from through the grapevine as we did.

Im sure you are correct they are doing this for a publicity stunt and if locash cowboys had any respect for the people that booked them at all they wouldnt have done this. I will never ever buy anything that the locash cowboys come out with and I hope when there done Bevier boohs them off the stage.

The bevier homecoming is a special time for alot of people. Theres people that come back for the homecoming that I dont get to see all year. On another note I think that theres alot of people that are jealous that bevier has such a great turn out and they would do anything to destroy that and thats sad. It takes a group of people working together and willing to get dirty for something that they really dont get alot of recognition for. They do it because thats what there mom and there grandmother did and her grandmother before her its a tradition. Im just proud that I have ties to a town that is so passionate about something that they would do anything to see it sucseed and thats what it takes.

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Cancer

Someone dear to your heart isn't exactly a barrel of laughs today, are they? Is it your imagination or are they taking a perverse delight in spreading doom and gloom in all directions? If they've got good reason to be miserable then they deserve your sympathy, but even so it may not last for long. Try to keep active and cheerful, otherwise you'll also develop a tendency to brood.
