Judge: Mich. man can sue store he robbed

Full story: The York Daily Record

A Michigan judge says a man who claims he was chased, shot and beaten by workers at a store he'd just robbed can sue the men.

These men acted stupidly. They should have given him money and maybe a party favor and let him go.

"But only if he comes up with $10,000 within two weeks."

I think my friends at ACORN or ACLU can come up with that chump change from their cookie jars.
Or just hold up a liquor store if need be.
