Shannon Ridge bookkeeper charged with embezzlement

I have to say...she was brave. I hope she gets the maximum sentence allowed. She hurt so many people for her own selfish gain. Not only did she hurt the owners, but other employees that ended up as casulties in the process. Get her Hopkins!

I heard she is working in Santa Rosa. I can not believe any one would hire her. I hope she gets whats comming to her, but I doubt it.

If only you two (lovesdogs and unbelievable) had a brain. Remember innocent until proven guilty? You have only heard the winery's side of the story, which, or course, looks bad - do you think they're going to tell you everything? Do you think they will disclose and ounce of doubt? Not likely. Funny how someone in Napa (lovesdogs) knows how this had effected the other emplyoees??? How exactly did it effect the other employees??? and someone in Ukiah "heard" she was in Santa Rosa! Sounds like you two might work for Shannon Ridge Winery. You sure you two don't really live in Lake County?.... hmmmmm?

I read about this and I do know the parties involved. I believe that anyone who lets a twenty-something with no degree or schooling in accounting, run the company and incorporated them to be the treasurer of the company is asking for it. Karma is a funny thing....

That sounds a little like bitter grapes "accountant" maybe you are someone who had submitted an application, when that embezelling scum got hired... just speculating. I think what she did was terrible, but calling one person's theivery another's karma is just a little mean spirited of you. Mean spiritiedness begets karma also... have you found a job yet?????
P.S. Those poor SOB's gave her a great oppourtunity to learn & grow with an industry that she could have had a career in, and she screwed them as hard as she could... they do not deserve poor Karma, they deserve a break.

FOR THE RECORD Michelle so much worse than just a theif, (promiscuous, dirty, sloppy, lazy) and I hope she gets everything she deserves for every person she has ever hurt, and every thing she has ever done wrong. Teach her a lesson in KARMA cause she deserves a whole bus-load of bad Karma.

Thank you Ms. Bizzybody for expressing your unsolicited feelings and thoughts about Michelle. From the other threads to this one seems as though you have issues with many people. You're the little fat girl that stays in everybodies business and you should look at your own life. It could use your attention!! Look at the things that you have done in Clearlake that you think no one knows about. What kind of person are you? Don't answer we already know. Are you without spot or wrinkle? Yeah RIGHT!!!!

Actually, I am not someone who "submitted" an application and did not get hired. I do have a job, and have the same job for over 4 years. So no, I am not mean spirited. Just being an accountant, I do not believe they should have given her all the power of there company. After all, she started as the babysitter...I understand why they thought they could trust her, but I guess they had to learn the hard way. She was two young for that position.

Obviously you must be confused becase the person who started out as THEIR babysitter was never their accountant...and was only a clerk. DUH, lady get your facts straight before you go around bashing people based on their age. Maybe I was wrong about WHY you have bitter grapes. No, I am not confused...at one time they clerk and the accountant were their babysitters...funny you know alot about this..are you the onwers? Did not think so...

Has anyone ever heard anything more about this? Or has it been shoved under the rug? I noticed they have charged the senior center couple of embezzlement. No mention of this girl though. I wonder what that is about?
