Anyone dumb enough to start a trash fire yesterday shold be held responsible for all the buildings that were destroyed.
even tho there wasn;r a burn bann he should use his own judgement.

Five Bangor structures burned
Winds as high as 40 mph stoked a grass fire that quickly destroyed two homes and a garage and damaged two other buildings on U.S. Route 11B.

I've been told he has a history of bad occurrences. Sex from female prisoner, ran up bill on county phone while a Franklin County Jail Guard for porn and killed a person while driving big gravel truck. Real winner! No hope for this scum.

I personally know one of the families and they lost everything. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and can be made to the American Red Cross @ 17 Webster St Malone,NY. The family consists of a mother, father, teenage boy, teenage girl, and baby boy only a few months old. The Red Cross has all the Allen family’s information.

Anyone who starts a grassfire and causes damages to other people's property's or causes the fire dept. to get out should at least be fined for having to have the fire dept. called out and should he arrested if there is a large amount of damage to other people's property....REGARDLESS of if there is a burn ban or if the weather is acceptable....it's dangerous and irresponsible.

Bombard was arraigned Thursday in Malone Town Court before Town Justice John Marsden and committed to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond.
This is insane....how many thousands of dollars in damage was that....and he pays maybe 3k to go home and sleep in his nice warm bed, while the families he displaced still have no place to live, was it the last name Bombard that gave him his free pass?? |

it says he was committed - meaning sent to the county jail - in lieu of ... meaning he did NOT post the bail money and is sitting in the county jail - I think you read that wrong Disappointed.
and what does Bombard mean in the area? as far as I know he never held a good job for long and doesn't have any money. even if his girlfriend does (as some have posted here)she'll never be held liable to pay the people who lost everything. he won't see prison because he doesn't have the history behind him to be sent there - he'll do probation and restitution, which will take his entire lifetime to pay, if at all. |
